The wire rope vibration isolator is made of wire rope wound into a spiral shape and fixed between two metal plates arranged along the nut. It is a new type of vibration isolator with nonlinear characteristics and dry friction damping. The steel wire rope, which is formed by winding the steel wire in a certain direction, is used as an elastic element.
It is basically the same size as the GX-30AN1 vibration isolator, and the number of wire rope turns is increased by 2 turns.
The GX-50AN₁ new type rubber pad anti-strong impact steel wire rope vibration isolator has a nominal load of 50N (5.10kg) in the Pz direction, which is a further improvement of the GX type wire rope vibration isolator. The arched rubber pad not only provides vibration isolation and buffering in the Pz direction, but also ensures the vibration isolation and buffering effect in other directions.
