Custom Wire Rope Isolators and vibration isolators can be designed with specific load capacity, stiffness, damping ratio, and vibration isolation performance according to equipment requirements.
OEM wire rope isolators and shock mounts can be customized with different dimensions, mounting interfaces, and structural configurations to fit unique equipment layouts.
We provide stainless steel wire rope isolators and anti vibration mounts with corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, and chemical-resistant materials.
Custom vibration isolators are available for aerospace, defense, marine, transportation, and industrial equipment operating under extreme environmental conditions.
Support printing corporate logos and model marks on products or packages to ensure brand consistency and traceability.
Custom Service Process
We collaborate with engineers to analyze performance demands of custom vibration isolators, including operating environment, vibration characteristics and dimensional layout. We can evaluate designs based on dimensional drawings or accept physical samples for inspection (which must be sent to our technical staff) to perform reverse engineering and precise calculations.
We manufacture stainless steel prototypes for wire rope isolators and shock mounts based on drawings or confirmed parameters. After prototyping, we conduct full-scale inspections and mechanical tests, including stiffness and tensile strength. Upon passing these tests, the samples are shipped to the customer for mounting tests and whole-machine vibration testing.
Once samples get customer approval, mass production of all vibration isolators will start. We follow standardized procedures strictly: blanking → drawing-based machining → deburring → full performance inspection → packaging.
All custom vibration isolation products are packaged in high-strength cardboard boxes as standard; customized color boxes can be provided on request. We partner with global logistics carriers like DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery worldwide.
We offer a 12-month warranty for all custom wire rope isolators, shock mounts and vibration isolation products, as well as follow-up remote installation guidance and professional technical support for future product selection and bulk procurement.
