The GR2-9.3D-A Wire Rope Isolator is a miniature all-metal isolation component developed for sensitive equipment that must remain stable under continuous vibration, sudden impact and repeated movement.

With a height of only 19 mm, an approximate weight of 0.06 kg and a compact 21 mm-wide structure, it is particularly suitable for systems where installation space and payload weight are strictly limited. Typical examples include professional imaging equipment, aerial surveying payloads, airborne communication modules and compact precision instruments.

The isolator uses Φ3.3 mm stainless steel wire rope as its elastic and damping element. When external vibration or shock acts on the equipment, relative movement between the individual wire strands creates frictional damping, helping reduce transmitted energy without using rubber or liquid damping materials.
