JGX-0240 Stainless Steel Cable Isolator for Precision Instruments
Precision instruments are sensitive to vibration, especially during transportation, mobile operation or installation near rotating machinery. The JGX-0240 Series helps protect internal components by reducing vibration transmission and absorbing mechanical impact.
The product is available in multiple sizes. The height range is 23–38mm, width range is 28–43mm, and approximate single weight is 0.102–0.152kg. Standard through hole size is Φ5.6±0.13mm, thread specification is M5×0.8, and countersink angle is 90°. These parameters make it suitable for standard industrial mounting layouts.
This series is recommended for optical instruments, communication terminals, inspection systems, compact control units, navigation equipment and testing devices. Its all-metal construction performs well in humid, outdoor and corrosive environments. The isolator does not require regular replacement like traditional rubber vibration mounts, helping customers reduce long-term maintenance costs.
