This product is the JGX-0160 series metal spring buffer, utilizing engineering mechanics asymmetrical damping technology. Through rigorous experimental testing, we provide users with accurate Static Load vs. Deflection curves covering three actual working conditions: Compression, 45° Compression/Roll, and Shear/Roll. The vertical stiffness coefficient Kv (7.9~26 kN/m) and shock stiffness Ks (3.8~22 kN/m) are strictly calibrated, meeting the needs of various precision damping and rigid support applications. The optimized wire diameter and pitch of the helical spring ensure excellent energy absorption linearity within standard load ranges for this series.
