More Travel for Dynamic Loads
A higher static load rating is not always the better choice.
For equipment exposed to road vibration, machinery movement or intermittent impact, the isolator needs enough travel to respond to the input without becoming unnecessarily stiff.
The JGX-0648D-68A provides up to 23.9–34.0 mm maximum deflection, depending on loading direction. Compared with the higher-load 79A, this gives the 68A a more compliant mechanical response.
That difference makes the 68A particularly relevant when load capacity and available movement need to be balanced.
