- The JGX-0320 Series Wire Rope Shock Isolator is specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic devices from excessive vibration and mechanical shock in industrial, transportation, and outdoor applications. By combining precision-engineered stainless steel wire rope with lightweight aluminum mounting bars, the isolator delivers excellent vibration attenuation while maintaining compact dimensions suitable for space-limited installations.
- Its all-metal construction eliminates problems commonly associated with rubber vibration mounts, including aging, cracking, and performance degradation. The stainless steel cable flexes elastically to absorb energy generated by engines, compressors, mobile platforms, pumps, generators, and rotating machinery, ensuring reliable protection for valuable electronic equipment.
- The JGX-0320 Series offers seven different load capacities, covering static loads from 12 kg to 22 kg. Engineers can select the appropriate model according to equipment weight and installation orientation, including compression, 45° compression/roll, and shear/roll applications.
- With excellent fatigue resistance and corrosion protection, this isolator performs consistently in offshore installations, transportation systems, industrial machinery, renewable energy equipment, and harsh environmental conditions.
