JGX-0320 Wire Rope Vibration Isolator for Precision Industrial Equipment and Electronic Systems
- The JGX-0320 series is engineered with versatile dimensions to fit diverse machine frames. The housing height spans from 28mm to 43mm (±1.5mm), while the width ranges between 36mm and 51mm. Weighing only 0.228kg to 0.285kg per unit, it maintains a lightweight profile without compromising strength. The central through-hole is precisely machined to Φ6.9±0.13mm, paired with an M6×1.0 standard thread and a 90° countersink (C'sink), ensuring compatibility with globally recognized fastener standards.
- Available in multiple load capacities from 12 kg to 22 kg static load, the series supports various installation requirements through multiple mounting configurations including A, B, C, D, E and S options. Standard M6 threaded interfaces and precision through holes simplify installation while ensuring structural integrity.
- Compared with conventional rubber vibration mounts, the JGX-0320 Series delivers longer service life, superior fatigue resistance, and consistent vibration isolation performance over extended operational periods. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring continuous operation under severe vibration or repeated mechanical shock.
