JGX-0400D-37A Wire Rope Isolator for Shock & Vibration
The JGX-0400D-37A belongs to HOAN's JGX-0400 Series of Shock and vibration isolators.
Its wire cable is formed into multiple loops and mechanically retained between metal mounting bars. Under vibration or impact loading, these cable loops deform and move relative to one another. This controlled deformation helps reduce the mechanical energy transferred from the supporting structure to the protected equipment.
The 37A version is the highest-static-load model shown in the JGX-0400 series. Compared with the lower-load versions, it combines higher stiffness with lower allowable displacement, making it better suited to compact assemblies that need firm support while still requiring vibration and shock attenuation.
Because the isolation element is based on stainless steel wire rope rather than an elastomer, the unit also avoids many of the aging characteristics associated with conventional rubber isolation components.
