The HAMLT5000503R tapered inductor is tailor-made for high-frequency RF applications with excellent core parameters. The inductance is precisely controlled at 1000nH±20%, and the 0.05mm wire diameter combined with a maximum withstand current of 250mA balances miniaturization and electrical performance. The product covers a working frequency of 25MHz-40GHz and can operate stably at extreme temperatures from -55℃ to +125℃, meeting the requirements of various harsh working environments. It should be stored at 20-25℃ with 40%-60% humidity, with a shelf life of 1 year after delivery, and is suitable for wave soldering process. There are clear assembly specifications: the taper tip faces and is perpendicular to the RF signal transmission line, the lead at the transmission line end is shortened, and fixed with glue to ensure the feed choking effect. The product has completed multi-band tests, with accurate and reliable test data in the 10MHz-20GHz band, and the test data in the 10MHz-40GHz band for reference only. Relying on excellent high-frequency characteristics and stable performance, it has become a key supporting component in RF electronic devices and is suitable for various RF signal processing scenarios.
