The HAMLT2500803R tapered inductor is a precision electronic component specially designed for high-frequency RF scenarios, with excellent core parameter performance: inductance of 160nH±20%, wire diameter of 0.08mm, and maximum carrying current of 500mA. It can work continuously and stably in the high frequency band of 100MHz-22GHz, with outstanding temperature resistance, adapting to the extreme temperature environment of -55℃ to +125℃. The product has strong process adaptability and supports wave soldering process. It needs to be stored in an environment of 20-25℃ and 40%-60% humidity, with a shelf life of 1 year after delivery. There are clear assembly specifications: the cone tip must face and be perpendicular to the RF signal transmission line, the lead wire at the transmission line end should be as short as possible, and it must be fixed with glue to ensure stability. Tested by professional vector network analyzer, it has good S21, S11 and SWR indicators in 10MHz-500MHz and 10MHz-20GHz frequency bands, and also shows good signal transmission capacity in 10MHz-40GHz frequency band test. Although the test data of this frequency band is for reference only due to the influence of fixtures, it still reflects the high-frequency adaptability of the product, making it an ideal choice for RF circuit construction.
