The HAMLT6800503R tapered inductor is a special electronic component for the RF field, with a precise inductance of 2000nH±20% and a maximum withstand current of 200mA. It can work stably in an ultra-wide frequency range of 10MHz-40GHz, with excellent high and low temperature resistance, suitable for complex working conditions from -55℃ to +125℃. Wound with fine wire diameter, it is compatible with soldering process, with storage conditions of 20-25℃ and 40%-60% humidity, and a shelf life of 1 year. During assembly, the cone tip is vertically oriented to the RF signal transmission line and fixed with glue, and the lead at the transmission line end is as short as possible. It features low transmission loss in the 10MHz-20GHz frequency band test and excellent RF performance, making it an ideal component for feed chokes in RF circuits.

The HAMLT6800503R tapered inductor is a high-performance passive component specially designed for RF circuits, with outstanding core parameters: inductance of 2000nH±20%, maximum carrying current of 200mA, and it can cover an ultra-wide operating frequency of 10MHz-40GHz. It can operate stably in an extreme temperature environment of -55℃ to +125℃, suitable for various harsh RF application scenarios. Manufactured with fine wire diameter winding process, it is compatible with soldering process. It should be stored at 20-25℃ with 40%-60% humidity, with a shelf life of 1 year after delivery. There are clear assembly specifications: the cone tip must face and be perpendicular to the RF signal transmission line, the lead at the transmission line end should be as short as possible, and it must be fixed with glue to ensure the stability of circuit connection. Tested by professional vector network analyzers, the inductor has extremely low transmission loss in the 10MHz-500MHz and 10MHz-20GHz frequency bands, with excellent RF indicators such as S11 and SWR. The test data in the 40GHz frequency band is for reference only. It is an excellent choice for the feed choke link in RF circuits and meets the high-performance application requirements of RF equipment.

Assembly Precautions


When assembling, the cone tip (small end) shall face and be perpendicular to the RF signal transmission line, the lead wire at the transmission line end shall be as short as possible, and the tapered inductor must be fixed with glue.
