The 91MCC102A chip capacitor adopts a double-sided edge reserved design with a capacitance accuracy of ±20% and a withstand voltage of 50V. It can work stably in a wide temperature range of -55℃~+125℃, meeting the requirements of harsh working conditions. The plating layer is made of high-spec TaN/TiW/Ni/Au composite material with a thickness of not less than 2.5µm, which is anti-oxidation and anti-wear, improving the service life of the product. The product is suitable for conductive adhesive bonding process, with clear anti-falling requirements for welding operation, clear storage conditions and long shelf life. Shelf Life: 1 year after delivery under storage conditions;
Suitable for bonding process, conductive adhesive H20E, baking at 120℃ for 30 minutes;
The welding position of the welding wire should be 25µm or more away from the electrode edge to avoid electrode falling off.
